Bruce Kessler has had many years of experience in commercial and mortgage finance, real estate investments, land, and commercial real estate and resides in Kansas City. But his first love is fishing and hunting and travels often to relatives Angus cattle ranch the Ozarks to hunt ducks/turkey/deer and fish for trout and smallmouth in the Niangua river and many Ozark streams.

*Coldwell Banker—Sale of apartment projects in Kansas City mostly for condo conversion such as the Tuileries, Pinebrooke, and other commercial investment properties.
* BC Christopher-VP of tax investment department, syndicated 15 private placement apartments mostly In the southwest and oil/gas/equipment leasing/cattle partnerships and many types of limited partnerships and sub S corporations. Grew the revenues in five years from $50 K to $5 Million in five years.
*SR VP with US Shelter in apartment syndication raising capital for a public fund and some private placements in apartments residing in Dallas and San Francisco covering Hawaii, Alaska, and the southwest raising capital with EF Hutton and Drexel Burham, departed when the real estate market crashed and the resolution trust owned most of the apartment in America.
*Syndicated self- storage units in Dallas but returned to Kansas City to join my father in business consulting as a pivotal moment in our family life and my mother’s dream.
Kessler and Kessler—Partnership with father in estate planning for family companies dealing with business continuity using trusts and insurance to fund estate taxes--Rainmaker of the firm who made 10 K cold calls to close $100 MM of insurance inside irrevocable trusts with many other prominent developers and private and public companies in the Midwest--- sold $75- 100 MM of insurance sold to pay for estate taxes.
Campbell Ranch—Developer of a Master Plan in the east mountains of Albuquerque ( Highway 13 to Santa Fe) of residential lots / light industrial/ expensive homes that started in Montana as the largest wheat farm in America. Designed the web site, gave seminars to the top 50 realtors in the region to drive them to our gated community sell houses/lots/ranchettes, exploded lot sales with a personal 12 % closing ratio until the market collapsed nationwide which was the reason for departure, QB of the Overlook gated community and sold 10 acre lots in San Pedro Creek as horse sites, featured on the Discovery Channel for our wild horses.
Departed to join Wells Fargo in residential private mortgage banking/subprime jumbo loans and financed homes in a polo community in Sheridan, Wyoming. The collapse in the housing market beginning in 2006 caused me to move back to Kansas City to join an equipment leasing company to move away from the field of real estate which led to the formation of Kessler Capital Consulting in 2011 which finances working capital, equipment, SBA ,equity, refinanced an $8 MM IRB for a manufacturing company, and specialized in the oil/gas industry with Kruse Assets as a financing arm for oil field equipment and drilling rigs from 2011- present.
