FARM 2: 157+/- acres in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma consisting of outstanding hunting and recreational land on Skeleton Creek. This farm provides first-class Whitetail Deer hunting and has all of the necessary components for a trophy hunting experience with almost a mile of Skeleton Creek snaking through the middle of the property. The areas along the creek are dense timber that divides the cropland with mid-level cover in the transition areas. Soil types are favorable for all crops grown in the area and will support high protein grain and forage crops for wildlife habitat. The large trees provide adequate roosting areas for Rio Grande Turkey and cover for small game. The water features along skeleton creek together with the water traps and marshy areas on neighboring farms allow for Waterfowl hunting opportunities. This is a secluded area with very limited traffic.

Soil Types: Ashport clay loam, 0-1% slopes, class 2w; Grainola clay loam, 1-3% slopes, class 3s; Miller clay loam, saline, 0-1% slopes, class 4w; Grainola-Masham complex, 3-5% slopes, class 4e.

FSA Info: According to the Kingfisher County, OK FSA Office, there are 83.16 cropland acres, with a 65.2 acre wheat base and 32 bushel yield.

Location: ½ mile south of Marshall, OK, then 5½ miles west on Co Rd. 60, then ½ mile north on 2960 Rd.

Legal: Lies in NW/4 of Section 3-19N-5W Kingfisher County, Oklahoma.
